Owners of Le Bayburi villas and apartments will have the opportunity to derive income from the property, while they are not using it. The rentals will typically be of a short term nature, and provide flexibility to owners who may not wish to use the villa/room during certain periods. The management of the villas/rooms includes: cleaning, security, management, and collection of rental income etc.
